Background
That portion of Bunker Ridge Lane located in Section Six - Addition, Bunker

Ridge has thirty residential lots. The streets have been improved and meet the

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Bunker Ridge

Lane located in Section Six - Addition, Bunker Ridge. A description of the

property is as follows: All of Bunker Ridge Lane, lying and being in Addition

to Section Six, Bunker Ridge shown on the plat referenced: The above described

roads and right-of-ways are shown on the map or plat entitled "Addition to

Section Six, Bunker Ridge, Lying in Land Lot 4, 7th District, Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia" dated April 22, 2005, made by Hobbs, Smith &

Associates, Inc., and recorded in Plat Book 154, pages 88 & 89, in the Office

of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until after the two-year maintenance warranty has

expired.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to that portion of Bunker Ridge Lane

located in Section Six - Addition, Bunker Ridge.
