The property consists of one parcel of property lying adjacent to the
properties owned by the City. Subject property is zoned RMF2 .

Financial Considerations

The value of the property is determined to be $3,000.00. The Seller agreed to
accept payment in the amount of $3,000.00. The property will be transferred by
Warranty Deed with all encumbrances and liens being paid by the Seller.
