This Parcel of property has been in the possession of the City since 1962 and
most recently occupied as a fire station.

Analysis

The property consists of 14,512 Sq. Ft. of land on which a fire house is
located. It has been determined through coordination with other departments,
that the City will not need the subject property in the foreseeable future. The
property is Zoned C-2 (See attached maps).

Financial Considerations

The subject property will be advertised at the appraisal value of $64,000.00. A
Quit Claim Deed will transfer the property.
