Recommendation
Approve the attached resolution to declare 860 Wright Drive, 854 Wright Drive, \n \n 848 Wright Drive, 833 Englewood Drive, 0 Williamsburg Drive and 6643 Buena \n \n Vista Road as surplus and to advertise and sell said properties in accordance \n \n with Section 7-501 of the City Code.

Background
The Columbus Consolidated Government through Tax Liens, Purchases and/or Gifts

acquired the subject properties. Full disclosure will be made on all

properties prior to sale.
Analysis
Prior to acquisition or control, by the City, the properties had been used for

residential, and/or commercial purposes. Subject properties presently follow

current area zoning guidelines. It has been determined through coordination

with other departments, that the City will not need subject properties in the

foreseeable future.
Financial Considerations
Subject properties will be advertised at Fair Market Value. The property and

any related improvements would be returned to the tax digest roles.
Projected Annual Fiscal Impact Statement
Legal Considerations
The property can be sold in accordance with Section 7-501 or the City Code.

Property will be sold retaining easements for combination utilities, storm and

sanitation pipes.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the attached resolution to declare properties as listed on the attached

spreadsheet, and identified on the attaches tax maps as surplus and to

advertise and sell said properties in accordance with Section 7-501 of the City

Code.
