Quail Creek Drive located in Section Two, Quail Creek Subdivision has ten

residential lots. The street has been improved and meets required

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Quail Creek Drive, located in

Section Two, Quail Creek Subdivision. A description of the property is as

follows: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot

146 of Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia and being that

certain road and road right-of-way, more particularly described as all of Quail

Creek Drive, as shown on the map or plat entitled "Section Two Quail Creek,

Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia", dated May 4, 2004, prepared by Moon,

Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., Civil Engineers, recorded in Plat book 151, Page

102 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.

Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Quail Creek Drive located in Section
