Background
Wright Wade is requesting that the City execute a Quit Claim Deed for all

rights, title and interest the City may have in the existing forty foot storm

drainage easement shown as Pond Lot on Plat Anglin Court dated August 21,

1991, recorded in plat book 117, folio 24. Wright Wade is requesting the City

abandon the storm drainage easement in order to build a residential structure

on the lot. This lot was previously the detention pond for Anglin Court

Subdivision in 1991. The storage in this detention pond was included in the

new development named South Anglin Court.
Analysis
The Engineering Department has examined the property and has no objection to

abandoning the forty foot storm drainage easement.
Financial Considerations
There will be no cost to the City.

Authorize the City Manager to execute a Quit Claim Deed to Wright Wade for the
