Approval is requested to execute a deed to Brighton Park Apartments for a 20 \n \n ft. sanitary sewer easement through City property to connect Brighton Park \n \n Apartments to the sanitary sewer line currently serving Midland Chase \n \n Subdivision (see attached letters and maps).

Background
The 20 ft. easement will total approximately 0.54 +/- acres of City land behind

Midland Chase Subdivision with this easement being used solely for a sanitary

sewer. Columbus Water Works has approved the plans for the 20 ft. sanitary

sewer easement (see attached letter).
Analysis
A 20 ft. sanitary sewer easement will be placed on City property to connect

Brighton Park Apartments to the sanitary sewer line behind the City land

currently serving Midland Chase Subdivision.
