Approval is requested for Shared Parking for 120 Bascom Court in accordance \n \n with Section 4.3.12 Shared Parking of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).

Background
Flowbro, LLC. is developing 120 Bascom Court as a Type III, Daycare facility.

The 8,892 square foot building requires a minimum of 33 parking spaces for

which the site can provide only 25 parking spaces. Flowbro has provided a

Shared Parking agreement with their neighbor Chattahoochee Valley Church

located at 122 Bascom Court in accordance with the requirements Section 4.3.12.
Analysis
The Inspections and Code and Engineering Department reviewed the proposed

development using the shared parking and recommending approval.
Financial Considerations
There are no financial costs to the City.

Legal Considerations
The UDO requires Council approvals for Shared Parking Agreements.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Shared Parking agreement between the Flowbro Daycare and

Chattahoochee Valley Church.
