Background
Section Two, Hardwood Creek Subdivision consists of 17 residential lots. The

streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for acceptance

by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Creek Flow Drive and Crib Court

located in Section Two, Hardwood Creek Subdivision. A description of the

property is as follows: All those tracts of land situate, lying and being in

Land Lots 157 and 158, 9th District, Muscogee County, Georgia, more

particularly described as follows; All of Crib Court and Creek Flow Drive

lying in Section Two, Hardwood Creek Subdivision, as shown on the plat

referenced below. The above described roads are shown on the map or plat

entitled "Section Two, Hardwood Creek Subdivision, lying in Land Lots 157 and

158, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia", prepared by Moon,

Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., dated 24 January, 2003 and recorded in Plat Book

148, Folio 35, in the public records of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which map

or plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the

street hereby conveyed.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Creek Flow Drive and Crib Court

located in Section Two, Hardwood Court.
