Background

Kellogg is located at 3700 Victory Drive and is within the boundaries of the

Enterprise Zone. Kellogg has proposed an expansion that will include 32 new

jobs and capital investment of $2,500,000.

Analysis

A resolution authorizing Kellogg to receive tax abatements and other incentives

as allowed by law will insure that this viable company remains in Columbus,

Georgia.

Financial Considerations

Tax Abatement under the City's Columbus Business Development Center will be

made available to this project.
