Approve the attached ordinance enacting a handicap parking space beginning 22 \n \n feet south of the south curb of 11th Street and running south along the east \n \n curb of Broadway a distance of 13 feet.

Background

The City received a request from Citizens Trust Bank to have a handicap parking

space in the vicinity of the bank.

Analysis

There are no handicap parking spaces on the southeast corner of Broadway and

11th Street.

Financial Considerations

The installation of the handicap parking space will cost the City approximately

$75.00.
