That portion of Baycreek Court located in Section Four, Moye Plantation has

twenty-six residential lots. The street has been improved and meets the

required specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Baycreek Court

located in Section Four, Moye Plantation. A description of the property is as

follows: All those tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in Land

Lot 4, 7th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia and being certain roads

and road right-of-ways, more particularly described as all of Baycreek Court,

lying and being in Section Four, Moye Plantation shown on plat entitled "

Survey for Section Four, Moye Plantation, Part of Land Lot 52, 9th District,

Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" dated June 30, 2005, made by William A

White, and recorded in Plat Book 155, Page 31, in the Office of the Clerk of

Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Financial Considerations

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations

In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution by Council.

Recommendations/ Actions

Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to that portion of Baycreek Court

located in Section Four, Moye Plantation.
