Background

Leland D. Davis and Margot G. Davis is requesting that the City execute a Quit

Claim Deed to them for all rights, title and interest the City may have in the

portion of Utility and Drainage Easement lying across the rear property 6817

Creekview Court.

Analysis

The Utility and Drainage Easement is located along the rear property line of

6817 Creekview Court, Lot 6, Creekside of Green Island. All public utilities

have sent written confirmation relinquishing their rights to said easement.

The Engineering Department has examined the property and has no objection to

abandoning the easement.

There will be no cost to the City
