Background
That portion of Waterhill Drive located in Section Five, Waterstone has thirty

residential lots. The streets have been improved and meet the required

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Waterhill Drive

located in Section Five, Waterstone. A description of the property is as

follows: All those lots, tracts and parcels of land lying and being in Land

Lot 267 of the 19th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and shown as

that extension of Waterhill Drive lying in Section Five of Waterstone

Subdivision, as said roads and right-of-way are shown on the map or plat

entitled "Section Five, Waterstone Lying in Land Lot 267, 19th District,

Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc.,

dated April 11, 2005, said recorded in Plat Book 154, page 42, in the Office of

the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to that portion of Waterhill Drive

located in Section Five, Waterstone.
