Stubben Court and the portion of Stirrup Lane located in Bridlewood North has

Thirty-one residential lots. The streets have been improved and meet required

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Stubben Court and the portion of

Stirrup Lane located in Bridlewood North. A description of the property is as

follows: All of Stirrup Lane and Stubben Court, lying and being in Bridlewood

North, shown on the plat referenced below. The above described roads and

right-of-ways are shown on the map or plat entitled "Bridlewood North, Part of

Land Lot 2, 8th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" dated May 24,

2004 made by Hobbs, Smith and Associates, Inc. and recorded in Plat Book 152,

Page 01, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.

Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Stubben Court and the portion of

Stirrup Lane located in Bridlewood North.
