That portion of Watervalley Drive, Waterstone Drive and Waterhill Drive located
in Section Four, Waterstone has twenty-seven residential lots. The streets
have been improved and met the required specifications for acceptance by the
City.

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Watervalley
Drive, Waterstone Drive and Waterhill Drive located in Section Four,
Waterstone. A description of the property is as follows: All those lots,
tracts and parcels of land lying and being in Land Lot 267 of the 19th
District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and shown as that extension of
Watervalley Drive, extension of Waterstone Drive and Waterhill Drive lying in
Section Four of Waterstone Subdivision, as said roads and rights-of-way are
shown on the map plat entitled " Section Four, Waterstone lying in Land Lot
267, 19th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" prepared by Hobbs Smith
& Assoc., Inc., dated October 8, 2004, said recorded in Plat Book 152, page
113, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,
Georgia.
