Background

The City owns property currently used as a detention pond for the Beaver Run

Subdivision located along Beaver Run Road behind 6501 Mink Drive. Public

Service Telephone Company has requested an easement for installation of fiber

optic cable.

Analysis

The installation of the cable will not interfere with the current use of the

property. The easement would be granted with conditions as provided on the

attachment. The Engineering Department has reviewed the request and recommends

the granting of the easement.
