lots.The street has been improved and meets required specifications for

acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Aaron Lane located Section Four,

Spring Ridge. A description of the property is as follows: The above described

roads and right-of-ways are shown on the map or plat entitled "Section Four,

Spring Ridge, Lying in Land Lot 16, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia" dated March 9, 2004 made by Hobbs, Smith and Associates, Inc. and

recorded in Plat Book 151, Page 75, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Financial Considerations

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.
