Background
The above Owner of the property known as: All that lot, tract or parcel of

Land lying in Land Lot 12, Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia,

shown and depicted as "0.47 acres +/- (20,535 s.f.)" on that certain map or

plat entitled "Boundary Survey, Part of Howard Survey, Lying in Land Lot 12,

Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia " are requesting an

Encroachment Agreement due to a slight encroachment of their existing structure

into the City right-of-way of 11th Avenue.
Analysis
The structure was constructed 0.5 feet into the City right-of-way of 11th

Avenue and Litho-Krome is requesting the structure remain in its present

location until the City determines that it requires said encroachment area for

right-of-way purposes. At the time, the Owner agrees to make the necessary

arrangements to remove said structure as set forth in the attached Encroachment

Agreement.
