Background
That portion of Spurlin Court located in Section Twenty, Sweetwater Village has

seventeen residential lots. The streets have been improved and meet the

required specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Spurlin Court

located in Section Twenty, Sweetwater Village. A description of the property

is as follows: All that tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in

Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and comprising of Spurlin Court in that

certain subdivision known as Section Twenty, Sweetwater Village, as said street

is shown upon a map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 154,

folios 70 & 80, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee

County, Georgia.

No City Funds are involved.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus, Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to that portion of Spurlin Court

located in Section Twenty, Sweetwater Village.
