Background
Wrenwood Drive, Wren Creek Drive and Sparrow Court located in Section One,

Wrenwood has forty-five residential lots. The streets have been improved and

meets the required specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Wrenwood Drive, Wren Creek Drive

and Sparrow Court located in Section One, Wrenwood. A description of the

property is as follows: All those lots, tracts and parcels of land lying and

being in Part of Land Lot 63 of the 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia, and shown as all of Wrenwood Drive, Wren Creek Drive and Sparrow Court

as said roads and public right-of-way are shown on the map or plat entitled

"Section One, Wrenwood, Part of Land Lot 63, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee

County, Georgia", prepared by Hobbs Smith & Associates, Inc., dated January 3,

2005, said plat recorded in Plat Book 153, page 97, in the Office of the Clerk

of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by written resolution of Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Wrenwood Drive, Wren Creek Drive and

Sparrow Court located in Section One, Wrenwood.
