Recommendation
Approval is requested to convey the maintenance of the park located on "Parcel \n \n 300", the south end of the Synovus Building on Bay Avenue, Front Avenue and \n \n being part of Water Lots 27, 28 and 29, to W. C. Bradley Company (see map).

Background
W. C. Bradley Company owns the property, however, through a Warranty Deed (see

map attachment) the area was to be maintained by W. C. Bradley Company for a

year. Beginning the second year and thereafter, the City would be responsible

for the maintenance of improvements and landscaping to a perennial garden.

W.C. Bradley has requested that the Warranty Deed be amended and the

maintenance responsibility returned to them.

Parcel 300 is 0.237+/- acres located near Bay Avenue, Front Avenue and being

part of Water Lots 27, 28 and 29.
