That portion of Townes Way located in Section Five, The Townes at Sonoma Pointe

has (19) Nineteen residential lots. The street has been improved and meets the

required specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Townes Way

located in Section Five, The Townes at Sonoma Pointe. A description of property

is as follows: That certain tract or parcel of land designated as an extension

of Townes Way as shown on that certain map or plat of survey entitled "Section

Five, The Townes at Sonoma Pointe, Part of Land Lot 31, 9th District, Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia," as prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated

March 15, 2018, and recorded in Plat Book 165, Page 241, in the Office of the

Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is

made for the exact location of said extension of Townes Way conveyed hereby.

No City Funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty.
