That portion of Sable Oaks Drive located in Section Twelve, Sable Oaks of

Midland has Thirteen (13) residential lots. The street has been improved and

meets the specifications for acceptance by the City.

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Sable Oaks Drive

located in Secton Twelve, Sable Oaks of Midland. A description of property is

as follows: That certain tract or parcel of land designated as (an extension

of) Sable Oaks Drive as shown upon a map or plat entitled "Section Twelve,

Sable Oaks of Midland, Part of Land Lot 27, 18th District, Columbus, Muscogee

County, Georgia" as prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated July 12,

2015, and recorded in Plat Book 164, Folio 272, in the Office of the Clerk of

Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
