Background
That portion of Sandy Oak Drive and that portion of Crestline Drive located in

Seventh Addition to Roosevelt Heights has Eleven residential lots. The streets

have been improved and meet the required specifications for acceptance by the

City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying That portion of Sandy Oak Drive

and That portion of Crestline Drive located in Seventh Addition to Roosevelt

Heights. All those lots, tracts and parcels of land lying and being in Land

Lot 45 of the 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and shown as

extension of Sandy View Drive and Crestline Drive as said roads and public

right-of-way are shown on the map or plat entitled "Seventh Addition to

Roosevelt Heights, Lying in Land Lot 45, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee

County, Georgia", prepared by Hobbs Smith & Associates, Inc., dated September

11, 2006, said plat recorded in Plat Book 158,. page 57,l in the Office of the

Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to that portion of Sandy Oak Drive and

that portion of Crestline Drive located in Seventh Addition to Roosevelt

Heights.
