meets the required specifications for acceptance by the City.

Drive located in Section Five Phase One, North Ivy Park. A description of

property is as follows: Those certain tract or parcel of land designated as

North Ivy Park Drive located in Section Five, Phase One, North Ivy Parkas shown

upon a map or plat of survey entitled "Section Five, Phase One, North Ivy Park

part of Land Lot 232, 19th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" as

prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated April 10, 2018, and recorded in

Plat Book 165, Page 251, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of

Muscogee County, which delineates the commencement and termination points of

said North Ivy Park Drive as described herein.
