That portion of Jamesson Way - located in Replat of Lot FR203 Replat of Part of

Land Lots 62, 63 & 67, 9th District has 2 commercial lots. The street has been

improved and has met the specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying All that lot, tract and parcel

of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and

being known and designated as "Jamesson Way," containing .64 acres as said

street is shown on a map or plat entitled "Replat of Lot FR203 Replat of Part

of Land Lots 62, 63 & & 67, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia,

dated June 27, 2018, prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc. and being

recorded in Plat Book 165 Page 270 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior

Court, Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the specific

location and dimensions of the real property described herein.
