That portion of Tall Pine Court located in Section Eleven, Garrett Pines has

Fifteen (15) residential lots. The street has been improved and meets the

specifications for acceptance by the City.

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Tall Pine Court

located in Section Eleven, Garrett Pines. A description of property is as

follows: That certain tract or parcel of land designated as that portion of

Tall Pine Court, as shown upon a map or plat of survey entitled "Section

Eleven, Garrett Pines, Part of Land Lot 130, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee

County, Georgia" as prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated August 14,

2015, and recorded in Plat Book 164, Folio 276, in the Office of the Clerk of

the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
