Richland Drive has 21 residential lots and a 0.36 ac detention pond lot. The
street has been improved and meets the specifications for acceptance by the
City.

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Richland Drive located in
Richland Subdivision. A description of the property is as follows: All that
tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia,
County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and being known and designated on that
certain map or plat entitled " Richland, Lying in Land Lots 44 & 53, 9th
District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia", dated April 9, 2008, made by
Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., and recorded in Plat Book 161, Page 167, in
the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

A RESOLUTION
NO. _____
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO RICHLAND DRIVE LOCATED IN
RICHLAND SUBDIVISION, ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA.
WHEREAS, Columbus Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Richland Drive
located in Richland Subdivision, a full description of the property on said
deed; and,
WHEREAS, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications
for acceptance by the City; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated April 29, 2008 conveying to Columbus, Georgia,
Richland Drive located in Richland Subdivision, be and the same is hereby
accepted. The Department of Engineering has inspected said street and
recommends the acceptance. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have
said deed recorded in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior
Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of the deed is hereto attached and by
this reference made a part of this resolution.
