Sixteen residential lots. The Street has been improved and meets the required

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Pond View Drive

located in Section Two, Sears Pond. A description of property is as follows:

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land lot 8 of the 8th

District and Land Lot 8 of the 9th District of Muscogee County, Georgia, being

known as Pond View Drive, as said Drive is shown on a Plat recorded at Plat

Book 165, Folio 221 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of

Muscogee County, Georgia, entitled Section Two, Sears Pond, dated December 21,

2017.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty.
