Background

That portion of North Ivy Park Drive and that portion of Wisteria Lane located

in replat of part of Section One Phase One, North Ivy Park has thirty-four (34)

residential lots. The streets have been improved and have met the

specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of North Ivy Park

Drive and that portion of Wisteria Lane located in replat of part of Section

One Phase One, North Ivy Park. A description of the property is as follows: All

those certain tracts or parcels of land designated as: North Ivy Park Drive and

Wisteria Lane located in Replat of Part of Section One, Phase One, North Ivy

Park, all as shown upon a map or plat of Section One, Phase One, North Ivy

Park, Part of Land Lots 232 & 233, 19th District, Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia" as prepared by Hobbs Smith and Assoc., Inc., dated March 21, 2014, as

filed with the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Georgia, and recorded in Plat Book 164, Folio 99.

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty.
