Northlake Loop and Northlake Connector located in Section Six, Northlake

Crossing has eight commercial lots. The streets have been improved and meet

the required specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Northlake Loop and Northlake

Connector located in Section Six, Northlake Crossing. A description of the

property is as follows: All those tracts and parcels of land situate, lying

and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and comprising of all of

Northlake Loop and all of Northlake Connector in that certain subdivision known

as Section Six, Northlake Crossing.

Financial Considerations

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations

In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by Council.

Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Northlake Loop and Northlake
