(23) twenty-three residential lots. The street has been improved and meets the

required specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Hollow Pine

Drive located in Section Twelve, Garrett Pines. A description of property is as

follows: That certain tract or parcel of land designated as, and which is an

extension of Hollow Pine Drive as shown on that certain map or plat of survey

entitled "Section Twelve, Garrett Pines, Part of Land Lot 159, 9th District,

Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" as prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assocs., Inc.

dated September 22, 2016, and recorded in Plat Book 165, Folio 107, in the

Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
