Pond View Court and that portion of Pond View Drive located in Section One -

Sears Pond has fourteen (14) residential lots, The streets have been improved

and have met the specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Pond View Court and that portion

of Pond View Drive located in Section One - Sears Pond. A description of

property is as follows: All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying

and being in Land Lots 8 & 9 of the 9th District of Columbus, Muscogee County

Georgia, designated as "Pond View Court" and "Pond View Drive," as shown upon a

map or plat entitled "Section One, Sears Pond, prepared by A.B. Moon J., Ga.

R.L.S. No. 782, of Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc. dated March 28, 2014, and

recorded in Plat Book 164, Folio 113, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
