located in Section One Eagle Pointe II has forty-six (46) residential lots.
The streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City.

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Honeysuckle Drive, Honeysuckle
Court and that portion of Morning Dew Drive, located in Section One Eagle
Pointe II. A description of the property is as follows: The following streets
as so designated on the plat entitled "Section One, Eagle Pointe II, Lying in
Land Lot 42, 9th District, Columbus, Georgia, Muscogee County, Georgia"
prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., dated 2 April 2007 and recorded
in Plat Book 160, Folios 6 through 8, Muscogee County, Georgia records;
Honeysuckle Court, Honeysuckle Drive, and Morning Dew Drive
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year
warranty.

In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated
right-of-way must be accepted by Council.

A RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO HONEYSUCKLE DRIVE,
HONEYSUCKLE COURT AND THAT PORTION OF MORNING DEW DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION ONE,
EAGLE POINTE II ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA.
WHEREAS, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Honeysuckle
Drive, Honeysuckle Court and that portion of Morning Dew Drive located in
Section One, Eagle Pointe II, a full description of property on said deed; and,
WHEREAS, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications
for acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends
acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated June 20, 2007, conveying to Columbus, Georgia
Honeysuckle Drive, Honeysuckle Court and that portion of Morning Dew Drive
located in Section One, Eagle Pointe II be and the same is hereby accepted. The
Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Deed
Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County,
Georgia. A copy of deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of
this resolution.
