Spring Chapel Drive and Spring Chapel Court located in Spring Chapel

Subdivision has twenty-four residential lots. The streets have been improved

and meet the required specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Spring Chapel Drive and Spring

Chapel Court located in Spring Chapel Subdivision. A description of the

property is as follows: All those tracts and parcels of land situate, lying

and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and comprising of Spring

Chapel Drive and Spring Chapel Court in that certain subdivision known as

Spring Chapel, as said streets are shown upon a map or plat of said subdivision

recorded in Plat Book 158, folios 51-53 in the office of the Clerk of the

Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Financial Considerations

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty.

Legal Considerations

In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by Council.
