That portion of Foxhall Court located in Section Four, BridgeMill has eighteen

(18) residential lots. The street has been improved and meets the

specifications for acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Foxhall Court

located in Section Four, BridgeMill. A description of property is as follows:

All those tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, and being shown and designated as and comprising all

of "Foxhall Court" as said street is shown upon that certain map or plat

thereof entitled "Section Four, BridgeMill, Lying in Land Lot 260, 19th

District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia," dated June 16, 2014, prepared by

Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., and recorded in Plat Book 164, Folio 126 in

the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty.
