Background
This plan meets the requirement criteria of the Georgia Emergency Management

Agency to maintain the City of Columbus as eligible for state disaster

reimbursement and state based grants.
Analysis
This plan provides for the efficient and effective management of unsolicited

donated goods sent to this jurisdiction and the management of volunteers that

may present themselves after an emergency or disaster.
