                Palazzo Place, Promenade Place, Patina Place and that portion of Oriana Drive  
 
 located in The Promenades has sixty (60) residential lots. The streets have
 
 been improved and have met the specifications for acceptance by the City.

                Analysis

                A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Palazzo Place, Promenade Place,  
 
 Patina Place and that portion of Oriana Drive located in The Promenades. A
 
 description of the property is as follows:  All those tracts and parcels of
 
 land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, being
 
 known and designated as all Palazzo Place, Promenade Place, Patina Place and
 
 that portion of Oriana Drive as said streets are shown on a survey entitled
 
 "Final plat of the Promenades, Part of Land Lot 266, 19th District, Columbus,
 
 Muscogee County, Georgia" prepared by Becker Survey company under date of
 
 January 6, 2012 and recorded in Plat Book 163 pages 148 and 149 in the office
 
 of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia to which
 
 reference is made for a more particular description of said streets.
