Imperial Court, that portion of Imperial Way and that portion of Bridgemill Way
located in Section Two, Bridgemill has (43) Forty-three residential lots. The
streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for acceptance
by the City.

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Imperial Court, that portion of
Imperial Way and that portion of Bridgemill Way located in Section Two,
Bridgemill. A description of the property is as follows: All those tracts of
land situate, lying and being in Land Lots 260 and 261, 19th District, Muscogee
County, Georgia, more particularly described as All of Bridgemill Way, All of
Imperial Way and All of Imperial Court in Bridgemill Subdivision - Section Two
as shown on the map or plat entitled "Section Two Bridgemill, lying in part of
Lands 260 and 261, 19th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia", prepared
by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., dated 10 July 2006, and recorded in Plat
Book 157, Folios 116 thru 118, in the public records of Muscogee County,
Georgia.
