street has been improved and meets the specifications for acceptance by the

City.

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Cal Court located Sears Pond

South. A description of property is as follows: All that lot, tract or parcel

of land situate, lying and being in Land Lots 8 & 9 of the 9th District of

Columbus, Muscogee County Georgia, designated as "Cal Court" as shown upon a

map or plat entitled "Sears Pond South, " prepared by A.B. Moon, Jr., Ga.

R.L.S. No. 782, of Moon Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc., dated June 16, 2014, and

recorded in Plat Book 164, Folio 134, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
