Background
GPC has plans to work on the Bull Creek Substation which is located adjacent to

3321 Buena Vista Road, a parcel owned by the city. GPC would need access to

the site as soon as possible and continued access through the end of January

2019. The site will be used to store cranes, bucket trucks, materials, etc.

while working on the substation and a fence would be installed to protect the

GPC construction equipment/materials. The fence would be removed once the

substation project and restoration efforts are complete.
Analysis
The site is currently vacant and is suitable for this proposed short-term lease

for the purpose of servicing the adjacent electrical substation.
Financial Considerations
Standard lease agreement total costs of $10.00 are recommended for this

project.

There are no annual fiscal impact costs anticipated with this agreement
Legal Considerations
The City Attorney has reviewed this proposed lease agreement and has approved.
