That portion of Antietam Drive located in Section Four, Lexington Hills has
thirteen (13) residential lots. The street has been improved and meets the
specifications for acceptance by the City.

Analysis

A Deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Antietam Drive
located in Section Four, Lexington Hills. A description of the property is as
follows: All those lots, tracts and parcels of land lying and being in Land
Lot 5 of the 7th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and shown as all
of Antietam Drive and said road and public right-of-way is shown on the map or
plat entitled "Section Four, Lexington Hills, Part of Land Lot 5, 7th District,
Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia", prepared by Hobbs Smith & Associates,
Inc., dated January 21, 2008, said plat recorded in Plat Book 161, page 110, in
the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.

A RESOLUTION
NO. _____
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF ANTIETAM
DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION FOUR, LEXINGTON HILLS, ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA.
WHEREAS, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying that portion of
Antietam Drive located in Section Four, Lexington Hills, a full description of
property on said deed; and,
WHEREAS, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications
for acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends
acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated March 24, 2008, conveying to Columbus, Georgia,
that portion of Antietam Drive located in Section Four, Lexington Hills, be and
the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have
said deed recorded in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior
Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of deed is hereto attached and by
this reference made a part of this resolution.
