Background
Boby Drive and that portion of Boby Court located in Fifth Addition, Sun Hill

has twenty residential lots. The streets have been improved and meet the

required specifications for acceptance by the City. Also, 0.245 Acres of

additional right-of-way that runs parallel along Schatulga Road.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying Boby Drive, that portion of Boby

Court and Additional Right-of-Way containing 0.245 Acres that runs parallel

along Schatulga Road located in Fifth Addition, Sun Hill. A description of the

property is as follows: All those tracts and parcels of land situate, lying

and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and comprising of that portion

of the existing right of way of Boby Drive and from the existing right of way

of Boby Court, in that certain subdivision know as Fifth Addition to Sun Hill

Subdivision, as said portions of said streets are shown upon a map or plat of

said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 157, folios 4 & 5 In the office of the

Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. And, All that tract

and parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia, and being known and designated as that runs"Additional Right-of-Way"

containing 0.245 Acres that runs parallel along Schatulga Road, in that certain

subdivision known as Fifth Addition to Sun Hill Subdivision, as said tract and

parcel are shown upon a map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book

157, folio 4 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee

County, Georgia.
Financial Considerations
No City funds are involved until maintenance is assumed after the two-year

warranty expires.

Legal Considerations
In accordance with Section 18-3 of the Columbus Code, all dedicated

right-of-ways must be accepted by Council.
Recommendations/ Actions
Approve the Resolution accepting a deed to Boby Drive, that portion of Boby

Court and Additional Right-of-Way containing 0.245 Acres that runs parallel

along Schatulga Road located in Fifth Addition, Sun Hill.
