That portion of Wisteria Lane and that portion of North Ivy Park Drive located

in Section Four, Phase One, North Ivy Park has forty-one (41) residential lots.

The streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for

acceptance by the City.
Analysis
A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Wisteria Lane

and that portion of North Ivy Park Drive located in Section Four, Phase One,

North Ivy Park. A description of the property is as follows: Those certain

tracts or parcels of land designated as: a portion of Wisteria Lane and North

Ivy Drive, all shown upon a map or plat of survey entitled "Section Four, Phase

One, North Ivy Park, Part of Land Lot 232, 19th District, Columbus, Georgia,"

as prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., dated April 5, 2017, and recorded in

Plat Book 165, Page 144, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of

Muscogee County, Georgia.
