Background

The Engineering Department received a request from Woodruff Brokerage Company

to change County Market Place to Landings Lane. The Traffic Engineering

Department sent out surveys to the two (2) adjoining land owners in which both

concurred with the name change.

Analysis

There are no existing addresses utilizing the current County Market Place name.

Financial Considerations

The City will install new street signs to reflect the name changes from their

operating budget.
