That portion of Woodville Court located in Whitesville Walk shown on Replat of

Lot 15 Block "C" Fourth Addition to Whitesville Walk has one (1) residential

lot. The street has been improved and meets the required specifications for

acceptance by the City.

A deed has been conveyed to the City conveying that portion of Woodville Court

located in Whitesville Walk shown on Replat of Lot 15 Block "C" Fourth Addition

to Whitesville Walk. A description of property is as follows: A portion of

Woodville Court - All those tracts and parcels of land situate, lying and

being in the State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and

being known and designated on that certain map or plat entitled "Replat of Lot

15, Block "C", Fourth Addition to Whitesville Walk, Lying in Land Lot 62, 8th

District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia" prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason &

Vinson, Inc., under date of May 7, 2018, a copy of same being recorded in plat

book 165, Folio 253, of the records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
