Funds have been appropriated by Council to the Juvenile Court for operational

expenses in the fiscal year 2016 budget with approximately $40,000 in excess

operational funds from Juvenile Court identified.

Analysis

Muscogee County Juvenile Court is requesting funds be carried over to fiscal

year 2017 for the purposes of funding the conversion of the Juvenile Drug Court

space into a second juvenile court courtroom and a second judicial conference

room.
