Recommendation
Approval is requested to execute a City Overhead and Underground Right of Way \n \n Easement between the Flint EMC and the City of Columbus, Georgia for Flint EMC \n \n to hook up services to the Building at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) \n \n that has put in another facility for Birth Certificates required by DMV, \n \n located on Beaver Run.

Background
Flint EMC is asking for an Overhead and Underground Right of Way Easement to

make the power connection to the new facility that is next to the DMV building.
Analysis
The City of Columbus, Georgia owns the property that the building sits on,

therefore, the City needs to execute the Easement Agreement.

There is no expense for this action.
