Background

There is a need for additional restrooms to serve the general public utilizing

the Riverwalk and the Martin Memorial Bridge.

Analysis

This project will allow for the construction of a restroom facility along the

Riverwalk, under the Martin Memorial Bridge.

Financial Considerations

Funding for this project is being provided by a Georgia Department of

Transportation High Priority Project (HPP) grant. The total cost for

construction is $243,861. Eighty percent or $195,088.80 will paid for by the

HPP funding, with the remaining twenty percent or $48,772.80 to paid for by the

city. Funding for this twenty percent is available ____________________.

Projected Annual Fiscal Impact Statement

The restrooms will require daily routine maintenance from the Parks and

Recreation Department.
